"Lauren let me book the room at the last minute. My 84 year old father wanted to go fishing in the Gulf for Father's Day. I searched for suitable places but discovered almost everything was booked. I know from past experience, reservations are usually only accepted with 2 or 3 day notice. Lauren responded back within an hour I think it was after learning it was for taking my Father to fulfill his wish. I was so happy. Lauren got everything emailed to be me quickly to finalize and reserve. I'm so thankful.
Then, after arriving 2 hours earlier than check-in, I thought I might take a chance and send a message asking if we might be able to check in early. To my surprise, there was already a message for me, that the room was ready. AGAIN, I was overjoyed.
The place was cozy, clean, all set up and ready. Easy code access. Everything one could need for a stay was available.... Dishes, ice, linen, bedding AND a washer and dryer 😁. There were also snacks on the table.
